A Realtor Who Puts You First
If you’re selling, success means getting your property sold quickly and for the highest price possible. If you’re buying, it means finding your next dream home and getting it for an affordable price. These are constant goals but if you’re like most of my satisfied customers you also expect great personalized service out of your Realtor. Every client has a different personality and working with them to better understand what their goals are is crucial.
I’m proud to be the Realtor of choice for those who want a great experience buying or selling a home. I’m blessed to have a career that allows me to work with such great clients, many of whom are, or become lifelong friends and it means a lot to me when these hard working people trust me with their Real Estate. I try to put myself in their shoes and work hard for them knowing if I take care of their needs I am doing my job right.
A Family Business
My Father, Mike Grekul, has been a Realtor in Edmonton for nearly 20 years and is a major influence in my life and career. Growing up I had the opportunity to ride along with him and his clients and see his attention to service, his care for detail, and his selfless joy for others. When it came time to buy my home he treated me just like all of his clients, like family. I’m proud to still live in this home and I can’t thank him enough for helping me find it, and a love for Real Estate.
I realize that many people aren’t as fortunate and often don’t feel like their Realtor puts them first. To me this is the easiest part of the job to get right. My Dad always encourages me to “treat your clients wallet like it is your own.” He stresses that this client first attitude is the only way to be a life long Realtor and that is exactly what I aim to become.
An Experienced Investor
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor I worked in Construction and invested in Residential Real Estate. My first home was an 1,100 sq. ft. bungalow in an older community in south west Edmonton. Along with a partner, I was able to acquire development and building permits to demolish the previous basement and build a Legal Secondary Suite, later permitted for occupancy. The building and permitting process took the better part of two years and taught me a lot about Residential Real Estate and construction. Drafting blueprints, coordinating tradespeople, and building from the foundation up are lessons that help me better serve my clients today.
My Goals
My process focuses early on the comprehensive consultation, specifically determining the clients goals. I am a huge proponent of goal setting and have successfully employed it in my hockey career, school, business, and my personal life and my sincere intention is to help others set and achieve theirs. Life is incredible in the possibilities it can offer, but without clear direction it can also be easy to let ones life drift like a boat without a sail. When we lay down our goals we achieve clarity and purpose that can motivate us to unknown heights of achievement. My goal is that in working together to solve your Real Estate needs, you can better achieve all the other dreams you have for your life.
